A few years ago while I was living in the states I ran the NY marathon. As I was struggling at about mile 21 there was a woman in the crowd in the Bronx with a hand written sign that said: The First 20 miles legs, the last 6.2 miles heart.
It reminded me of the work that you posted about and it made me get to the finish line
